When you send the estimate form. Your name and phone number, which the form requires, plus anything optional you choose to add: email address, company or property name, the property's city, your rough timeline, and whatever you write in the message box.

When you simply visit. Our host records ordinary server information — IP address, browser type, which page was requested, and when. That happens on every website; it is how pages get delivered and how abuse gets blocked.

Fonts. Two typefaces load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which means those services see the IP address of your device when a page loads. We send them nothing else about you.

Analytics. Google Analytics collects usage data — which pages are visited and how people move through the site. The cookies section below covers it, including how to opt out.

That is the entire list. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we have no login, no account, and no customer portal.

To answer you. A name and number let us call you back, and the optional fields let us arrive at the site walk already knowing roughly what you want and where. We do not use form submissions for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Our website host, Netlify, processes and stores form submissions on our behalf and passes the notification to our email. They are a service provider acting on our instructions, not a party we share your data with for their own purposes.

Google receives the usage data described under cookies below through Google Analytics, which we use to understand which pages people find useful. That data is about visits, not about your estimate request — nothing you type into the form goes to Google.

Beyond that, nobody. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not pass leads to subcontractors, lenders, or marketing companies. The only other circumstance would be a legal obligation such as a valid subpoena.

Estimate requests are kept for 2 years and then deleted. Landscape projects have long lead times and people often come back a season or two later, which is the reason for that window rather than a shorter one. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours sooner.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Google sets cookies on your device and receives your IP address. You can opt out for every site you visit with Google's browser add-on.

Two small things are saved in your own browser and never sent anywhere: your choice if you press "Pause motion" in the footer, and a note that you have already stepped through the leaf screen so it does not repeat. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to it, and we disclose our analytics use above so you can decide for yourself.

Email eddie@silverleafconstructioninc.com and tell us what you would like. We will confirm what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it outright. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.

We may need to check you are the person who sent the enquiry before we act — usually just replying from the same address or phone number is enough.

This site is meant for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. There is no archive of old versions; the page you are reading is the current one.
