The team

In-house designers, horticulturists, and craftsmen delivering customized landscape design and front and backyard renovations, start to finish.

The scope

  • Pavers, driveways, and retaining walls
  • Custom concrete work
  • Irrigation, drainage, and French drains
  • Sprinkler installation and repair
  • Sod and climate-right planting

Every project is built around sustainability, water efficiency, and long term curb appeal. From concept to completion, with lasting results, for homeowners, commercial properties, and property managers alike.

What we hold ourselves to

Transparency

Written scopes and written numbers before work starts. You always know what is happening on your property, and why.

Precision

Finish carpentry tolerances, outdoors: clean lines, level runs, tight joints, and edges that hold.

Speed

Schedules that are kept, crews that show up, and work that keeps moving until the walkthrough.

Sustainability first

Water efficiency and climate appropriate planting are design inputs, not afterthoughts.

Function equals beauty

A landscape has to work: drainage that drains, paths that flow, rooms you actually use.

Lasting results

We build for year ten. Materials, planting, and craft chosen for long term curb appeal.

It starts on paper

Every landscape begins as a drawing. Ideas are tested in sketch, refined in concept, and delivered as a clear, colored plan you approve before work starts. Then we build exactly that.

Questions about working with us

Yes, all three. Silver Leaf Landscape Inc holds California contractor licence 1131407 in classification C-27 (Landscaping), carries a $25,000 contractor's bond through Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, and has workers' compensation coverage on file with the state. You can confirm every part of that yourself on the Contractors State License Board's public record — we link straight to it rather than asking you to take our word for it. Certificates of insurance are available on request, which property managers and HOA boards usually want before work begins.

Eddie Salguero runs Silver Leaf Landscape as a family-owned firm out of Van Nuys. He walks the properties, works on the plans with the team, and stays reachable from the first site visit through the final walkthrough.

More than ten years of building landscapes across Greater Los Angeles, as a family-owned firm based in Van Nuys.

Both. We build residential landscapes for homeowners and handle project work and recurring grounds maintenance for property managers, HOAs, multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality properties. The standard of work is the same; the scheduling and reporting differ.

Silver Leaf crews, with a project leader you can reach directly. Because we are a design-build firm, the team that draws your plan is accountable for building it, so nothing gets lost handing a drawing to a stranger.

When a project needs them, yes. Pools, some retaining walls, and electrical work typically require permits and inspections in Los Angeles, and requirements vary by city and property. We tell you what your project needs at the estimate and handle the process rather than leaving it to you.
