Geometry that has to hold
Formal landscapes are unforgiving. A hedge line either runs true or it does not, and gravel either stays crisp or it migrates. Everything in this property is built on that premise: the geometry has to be right at layout, and the maintenance has to hold it.
The dark reflecting rill is the piece people notice. What makes it work is what is underneath — level tolerances, water management, and edge detailing that keeps the line reading sharp from every approach.
